Surgical treatment is performed using laparoscopic and laparotomic approaches:
- In case of malignant ovarian tumors, total hysterectomy, omentectomia, peritonectomy, Excision of the iliac and para-aortic lymph nodes are performed. Both primary cytoreductive and intermediate cytoreductive operations.
- In case of uterine body tumors, hysterectomy involving uterine appendages is performed through lymph node dissection or without it by laparotomy.
- In case of cervical tumors, radical hysterectomy is performed.
- In case of vulvar malignant tumor, partial or radical vulvectomy with inguinal lymph nodes dissection are performed.
